I do believe Viven would be a popularly loved and acclaimed teacher at this college if only she spoke more than 70% English. She teaches good technique, she really does know what she's doing, but the more complex concepts of technical singing need to be explained to the student in language that they can clearly understand. I do ok in her classes because I'm already familiar with a lot fo what she's teaching, but those who aren't get bored and disruptive and frankly I wish they would just leave when they want to.

Well. I wish her the very best of luck with her Filipino students in the future, as she really does deserve students who will understand and respect her.
