Creepy... like that's his psychic signature - a woman crying. He is a truly unpleasant young man. I hope he'll be around on Open Day... just so I can Say Things at him! Not unpleasant, but brisk and VERY businesslike.
Thing is, he's perfectly personable when you're face to face with him. He just took the electricity meter reading so we'll get accurate bills. It's when he's out of sight that I worry.
And I heard Kirsty very carefully suggesting that they drive when they go out tonight but no, he ordered a taxi. If he'd had to drive he wouldn't be able to get drunk...
